Reporting to the Director of Project Delivery, you will take the lead in the day-to-day management of full service studies, large component service projects, and lead local teams as part of broader, multi-regional programmes and projects. In effect you will be managing teams of multi-functional professionals from core functional services within PRA, both locally and internationally. Naturally, as a Project Manager you will be instrumental in the design, implementation, and delivery and reporting of clinical research projects, ensuring they happen on time and to budget. You will be a highly motivated and dynamic project management professional with a strong commercial knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, a positive attitude and ambition to make things happen. You will need to be a natural leader with excellent communication skills to succeed in the role of Project Manager. As a Project Manager you must be able to set goals and achieve them by motivating your team and building strong relationships with a diverse range of both internal and external customers. Candidates applying for a Project Manager position will have a life science degree or similar, in addition to having experience of managing global clinical trials.
