He or she embodies the spirit of the Care Services on a daily basis. We are searching for Helpdesk: HELPDESK ASSISTANT POSITION OVERVIEW: This is a customer support position. You will be the first line of contact for the customer base when reporting an issue. You will provide first line diagnostics and troubleshooting via the following communication channels: telephone, email, web chat. You will be required to open incident tickets and manage these throughout the support life cycle. Document all user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and nature of problem or issue. Closing completed queries to avoid escalation. HELPDESK ASSISTANT POSITION REQUIREMENTS: A good knowledge of the Office suite of applications Experience with Microsoft operating systems such as Windows 2000/XP/Vista/W7/W8/W10. PC hardware, software and network products. MS Terminal Services ¿ Connecting to servers and desktops. Fluent in spoken and written German C1 / Spanish at least A2 Experience on working on helpdesks previously preferred but not essential.
