Our client is one of the leading European service providers for Customer Management Solutions with more than 5.500 employees at 38 locations. As our client is a dynamic and successful company in constant growth people-s-place is looking for Customer Service Representatives (m/w) for different projects at the attractive location in Barcelona. Main tasks ¿ Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts) and solve users demands ¿ Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA ¿ Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers ¿ Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor ¿ To follow all the processes and procedures of the project ¿ Ensure contractual SLA is maintained ¿ Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams ¿ Liaise with Supervisors/ Mentors on specific projects where requested ¿ To attend regular Team Meetings ¿ To work on additional tasks required by Supervisor or Mentor connected to keeping up the service performance, quality and customer satisfaction Your profile ¿ Higher vocational education ¿ Fluency in English and native level in Swedish or Norwegian ¿ Good written and verbal skills ¿ At least 1 year of relevant professional experience ¿ Computer literacy ¿ Good understanding of customer satisfaction ¿ Logical approach to problem solving ¿ Ability to prioritize, analyze, plan and coordinate on high volumes ¿ Ability to adapt to different situations and needs ¿ Ability to work on own initiative as well as to work in a team ¿ Willingness to move to the beautiful city of Barcelona Your benefit ¿ You will get an attractive salary ¿ You will receive initial training ¿ Working hours 35 hours a week (Monday to Friday) ¿ A comprehensive relocation package ¿ Free Spanish/Catalan certified lessons ¿ You will work in a growing international company in an ambitious, professional and dynamic environment with great chances for your personal and professional development by the Internal Development Program We are looking forward to your convincing application including your CV in English via e-mail to cmittmann@people-s-place.de - Geforderte Anlagen: We are looking forward to your convincing application including your CV in English via e-mail to cmittmann@people-s-place.de
