JOB DESCRIPTION: The employer is a pioneer Spanish company in hotel distribution services running a platform which enables confirmed reservations in any type of hotel (urban and resort, big or small) being accessible and effective to tour operators, travel agencies on and offline or end users. They are experts, with more than 15 years of professional experience, giving worldwide solutions for electronic distribution, sale and promotion of hotels through Internet. They work for more than 3,000 hotels, over 40 countries, 4 continents, offering a hotel distribution platform designed to connect any hotel with all the existing tourist distribution channels. The company is recruiting booking agents to work in its offices of Palma de Mallorca RESPONSABILITIES: ¿ Deal with a high demand of inbound calls quickly and efficiently ¿ Providing a high level of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering good quality calls and email handling ¿ Ensure all sales opportunities are optimized ¿ Proactively match customer requests to the extensive range of products LOCATION: Palma de Mallorca SALARY: 15.000 + variable TIMETABLE: morning shift (8:30-16:00); afternoon shift ( 10:00-17:30 ); evening shift ( 12:30-20:00) REQUIRED SKILLS: ¿ German native speaker ¿ High level of English ¿ Customer service/ sales experience ..................................................................................................................................................................................
