The Textile Product Specialist is a member of the Large Format Printing Engineering team in the EMEA Graphic Services & Solutions Organization. Objectives of the organization are to drive Services growth and to increase Total Customer Experience. We are looking for an Advanced Technical Support Consultant with strong background in the Textile market. The Product Specialists have the highest level of technical knowledge in the region. They provide proactive and reactive, remote and on-site, technical support for complex issues to customers and partners, according to their Service Level Agreement and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Responsibilities Develops technical action plans to provide solutions to technical questions/elevations/requests from customers (channel partners and end users).
