Our client is a well-known company providing industrial gases for the manufacturing sector. From food packaging to eco-buses, their gases improve everything from the quality of our food to the air we breathe. The company has offices all over the world, and nearby Barcelona they have a shared service center with over 300 employees from all four corners of the globe spread across three departments: Customer Support, Supplier Service, and Logistics. Main responsibilities: • End-to-end performance of the industrial telemetry equipment • Support the supply chain team • Ensuring accurate and timely two-way communications between the client system and the remote field device • Installing of new telemetry equipment and repairing the existing ones • Management of a list of telemetry faults • Contact with the logistics teams to resolve power and phone i
