You like to work in Customer Service as a Technical Support Advisor Do you have professional manners and do you like the B2B environment The CompanyOur client is a Belgian BPO company with an office in Barcelona For their partner a worldwide solutions provider we are currently recruiting a Dutch Flemish speaking Technical Support Advisor for the Dutch marketThe JobThis position includes Technical Support with a mix of some Administrative tasksThe main tasks include Receiving incoming calls from existing clients and having client contact via email Advise clients B2B on the use of the pin of the devices Identify needs and problems and ensure excellent client support Maintain and develop strong relationship with small and big entrepreneursThe Profile You are a native Dutch speaker You have an interest or an affinity to IT You have experience in advising people on the phone You have good organiational and multitasking skills You have strong communication skills and have an outgoing personality You have good problemsolving capabilities You are ambitious dynamic and reliableThe Offer Salary of 1305 grossmonth performance related bonus of up to 200 netmonth free Spanish classes offered benefit plan Rotation shifts Monday Saturday 9 am 6 pm Working in an open office environment Great working atmosphere with a young and diversified team Working for a company where the employees feel valued Permanent contract Training of 2 weeks in Casablanca provided flight tickets and accommodation covered Candidate needs to hold a NIE and social security number by the start date Start date end of October
