Velasco Lawyers, Almuñécar / Granada, Spain, is looking for a a part time (20 h per week) / semi full time (32 h per week) secretary for our office in Almuñecar. At Velasco Lawyers we aim to provide a professional, partner - led service for our clients, in all areas of Spanish Law. A quick and efficient response, personal contact and good communications in your own language are the cornerstones of this service. Our objective is to forge close, longstanding relationships with our clients providing experience and continuity, giving a better understanding of each client's needs. In Spain lawyers are called Abogados and at Velasco Lawyers we can deal with cases at all levels in Court, as we are both Solicitors and Barristers. Our headquarters are based on the Costa Tropical but we are offering services throughout the whole of Andalusia and Murcia, including Nerja, the Costa del Sol, Costa de la Luz, Costa Almeria and Costa Blanca.Our services span all aspects of law and accounting. We have wide experience in: property law, representation in court, civil and criminal law, company law. Essential Criteria: - Excellent written and spoken English - Very good written and spoken Spanish - Fluent in a Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish) - Fluency in any other languages is an advantage - Client friendly, proactive, hard working and a team player - Excellent telephone manners - Good Computer literacy (Microsoft Windows or Mac OS) and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Outlook. Knowledge of Excel and Access would be an advantage - Dedication and attention to detail No previous legal experience is required. Place of work: Plaza Madrid, Cartago building door 2, offices 6 A-B, 18690, Almuñecar (Granada), Spain. Starting date as soon as possible. Wage: 1.100 euros a month (net earnings) for 32 hours a week.
