Silverpoint - a market leader in the leisure and luxury vacation industry have a unique and challenging opportunity for a försäljning / Sales Representative (Outbound) to join their international call centre team based in Tenerife. As we expand our global travel operations we are looking to recruit top talent immediately to book Swedish and Norwegian clients on exceptional promotional vacations to our fantastic resorts. The role will be to make outbound calls to promote Silverpoint’s resorts worldwide to our huge client base in Sweden and Norway. The Responsibilities of the försäljning / Sales Representative (Outbound) will include: Contacting potential customers who have expressed an interest in promotional holidays Contacting clients as follow-up to digital marketing campaigns specifically aimed at the Scandinavian visitors to Tenerife Manage a high volume of outbound calls Explain our resorts and destinations over the phone and make holiday reservations on a daily basis Hit your targets quickly and efficiently to be on our winning teams The försäljning / Sales Representative (Outbound) should have the below Skills and Experience: Demonstrable telesales or telemarketing experience You will be able to secure booking reservations over the phone Have Excellent Communication Skills in English plus Swedish or Norwegian Confident and friendly on the phone whilst always maintaining an ethical and professional approach to rapport building. Must be fluent in English and either Swedish or Norwegian or Dutch In Return: Flight reimbursement Free accommodation for first 6 weeks , then subsidised accommodation for further 6 weeks at nominal rate. 32.5 hour week work contract Fabulous team environment in international team and lifestyle Full training provided and there are great opportunities to further your career If you are confident, enthusiastic and have great communication skills why not get paid to talk to people about the warmth and excitement of sun – drenched holidays at hugely discounted rates?
