The Company.

Our client is a Belgian BPO company with an office in Barcelona. For their partner, one of the biggest telecommunication providers in Belgium, they are looking for motivated agents to join the team in the vibrant city of Barcelona.

The Job.

After 3 days of training you will start making outbound calls.
The main tasks include:
– Outbound calls
– Make appointments between Customers and Sellers
– Providing excellent customer service to existing business customers
– Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and record information

The Profile.

– You are a native Flemish speaker and have a good level of English
– You have excellent communication skills
– You like making outbound calls
– You are a team player and are open-minded
– You are enthusiast and motivated
– You are reliable and have an eye for details
– You have customer service experience on the phone
– You are pro-active, motivated and used to work accurate

The Offer.

– A salary of 1305 Euro gross/month + performance related bonus + free Spanish classes offered + benefit plan

– Candidate needs to hold NIE and social security number by the start date
