For one of our client, an international Shared Service Center based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a Financial Adviser speaking English, Dutch and another two EU languages. The Job. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for your assigned regions to provide customer service for purchase to pay function. Your responsibilities: – Answer all inquiries coming from internal employees and external vendors – Process employee expenses with internal tool – Audit and process credit card bills – Support buyers in the use of the Procurement tool – Support employees and managers in the use of the Expense tool – Request new supplier creations and check for proper documentationUbicació
