As a Migration agent, you are responsible to: a) Data entry into specific training administration software, data editing and reporting on project status and quality assurance cross-referencing the import-export data b) Good customer support service experience to maintain support during the project transitions from one system to the new one c) Capacity to self-learn and adapt to new functionalities in different training administration softwares in order to support data entry Our Client’s Service Centre in Barcelona provides centralised training administration services for our customers on a pan-European basis in more than 18 languages and 30 countries. 1.
