Responsible for co-piloting with the Market CFO, to drive growth and profitability. Ensures the proper governance/controls over marketing expenses/fixed costs are in place. Drives ROI mindset and delivers transparent reporting of marketing performance. Partner with marketing to increase sales and profitability through improved decision making. Vacancy intented for people in possession of disability certificate equal to or greater than 33%

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Track local marketing budget and marketing furniture Capex
Drive local marketing spending ROI and Promotional ROI
Perform pricing analysis at local levelº
Deliver competitive market analysis
Understand brand goals and strategies as well as company’s financial policies and provide analyses to help marketing and sales achieve goals
Coordinate with local marketing team to review marketing business plan: Provide financial analysis of proposed new items, programs, and licenses for go/no-go decisions support
Drive local analysis at brand level (e.g., P&L by brand, market share)
Coordinate with local marketing to build local launch model
Ensure proper allocation of spending across brands and cost buckets
Identify brand profitability drivers / Provide brand and channel analysis as required by management

THE COTY IDEAL FIT
Experience working in a finance role teaming with marketing and/or sales personnel
Previous supervisory experience
Full understanding of the month-end close process and how it relates to other closing activities
Good business judgment
Using time efficiently and completing projects consistently and on time.
Understanding of basic accounting, financial statements and US GAAP
Experience with ERP Systems, preferably SAP
Highly numerate with strong Excel and Financial Modelling skills, be analytical and inquisitive by nature and be able to understand and spot trends in complex data and interpret them.
