We are recruiting an Inside Sales Representative for a multinational outsource centre which provides customer service, back office, technical support and sales solutions to multinational companies. This person will be responsible for the execution and achievement of sales quota and targets, the identification and qualifications of prospects and deciders in the targeted companies and reviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary. Knowledge of sales records and sales experience required. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be working in the sales division and reporting to the account manager. You will be assigned a portfolio of companies in order to do a profiling of them and identify potential business. You must be able to identify and qualify prospects and decision makers in the target companies and develop B2B relationships.
