DUTIES: - THE KEY FOCUS IN PERFORMING OUTBOUND ACTIVITIES AND GENERATE NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AS PART OF THE PROSPECTION TEAM - RETAINING AND GROWING THE EXISTING INSTALLED BASE OF CUSTOMERS - IDENTIFIES, QUALIFIES AND ESTABLISHES NEW ACCOUNTS - ENSURING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION BY PROPOSING PRODUCTS AND UPGRADES - RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WHOLE SALES CYCLE (CLOSING THE DEAL) - A FEW INBOUND CALLS MOSTLY ABOUT CUSTOMER ENQUIRIES ABOUT PRODUCT INFORMATION - CUSTOMER DATABASE TRACKING ACTIVITIES WHEN NECESSARY PROFIL OF EMPLOYEE: - DESIRABLE SCIENTIFIC STUDIES, MAINLY BIOLOGY, CHEMISTRY OR SIMILAR. - AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF SALES EXPERIENCE, PREFERABLE WITH LABORATORIES AND UNIVERSITIES AS A CLIENT - PRESALES AND PRESALES PROCESSES EXPERIENCE WILL BE AN ASSET - KNOWLEDGE IN SCIENTIFIC EQUIPMENT AND LABORATORY CONSUMABLES, USED IN RESEARCH AND QUALITY CONTROL, ESPECIALLY CHROMATOGRAPHY WILL BE CONSIDERED AN ADVANTAGE - MICROSOFT OFFICE USER SALARY NEGOTIABLE ACCORDING TO CANDIDATE'S PROFILE.
