Are you an experienced HR Manager, looking for an exciting change? Do you have experience in digital recruiting & employment branding? If you also have a native level of English you have come to the right place! Our client is an international contact center providing different services for multinational companies all around the world. They now need a sharp and dynamic Talent Manager to become a part of their permanent HR team in Barcelona. Main responsibilities • Lead, motivate and develop the in-house recruitment team • Manage internal & external stakeholder relationships • Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans • Lead employment branding & Digital recruitment initiatives • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience • Assist in employee
