Are you looking for a job in Barcelona? Do you want to work as a customer Service for an imporant Airlines company? If you are passionate about helping people and you are willing to start working in an international environment, we are looking forward to meeting you! You will be in charge of customer relations, in particular replying to their requests by email, chat and phone. Your main mission will be to achieve customer satisfaction. You will work in accessible facilities (Poble Nou); you can get there by public transport. Working hours are established from Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm or 11am to 8pm) plus two weekends per month. If you are a motivated individual, willing to start a new challenging project, and with high communication and negotiation skills, this is your opportunity! What do we offer? - Immediate incorporation into a new team. - 4 weeks training program paid. - The contract is for an initial 3 months, followed by an extension to one year or indefinido. - Full-time. -
