THE ROLEGAB Consulting is offering a rare career opportunity for a dynamic Financial Administrator based in Valencia Spain working with colleagues and teams in Spain Europe and beyond KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe successful candidate will have a good standard of general education with focus on Economics and a previous experience of working in a finance and accounting role Heshe will also have experience and knowledge in the application and understanding of financial controls and evidence of demonstrating the importance of value for money in everyday operationsControl manage and monitor the Companys entity accounting with particular focus on commercial and operational finance management including booking postingKnowledge of Spanish GAAP IRFS Taxes Presentation Group ReportingProduction of sales invoices to customers with associated accounting reportsManagement of supplier purchase invoices including resolving queries and invoices paymentDaily banking dutiesNew customer credit references and status enquiries together with existing customer credit renewalsCredit collectionDaily management of all functions of a busy office finance function in conjunction with the Group CFOCash managementTRANSFERRABLE SKILLSExcellent communication skills to include fluent Spanish and English both written and verbal German andor French will be a distinct advantageNumerate analytical with excellent IT systems orientationStrong ability to ExcelExtremely professional motivated with a strong work ethicFlexible and dedicated with the desire to succeedA team player with ability to use own initiative
