PRECISA: A PhD Student is funded to conduct advanced PhD research on the impact of employment initiatives on new forms of work in resilient sectors of the Mediterranean EEA (MED EEA), with a focus on employment in Agri-food and pertinent circular economy. The PHD Student is recruited after an open call and is, preferably, between 25-29 with a strong background in Social (especially Geography)/Political/Labor Studies. The Student is based for 8 month at the CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY OF MURCIA-UCAM (Murcia-Spain) while collaboratively works with other YOUTHShare researchers from Greece, Cypurs and Italy contributing to the development of the transnational Research Network. The Student will be academically supervised by UCAM to advance his/her capacity in policies impact evaluation and submits the PhD thesis by the end of the project REQUISITOS: -Skills: First Stage Reserarcher (R1)-PhD candidate or equivalent. Early stage researcher with less than 4 years FTE research experience. Skills in project reports writing, project management, GIS mapping, database analysis and mixed methodologies (quantitative and qualitative) of research will be highly appreciated. Previous research experience on impact studies, labour market analysis, studies on NEETs etc will be highly appreciated. -Experience needed: up 2 years -Education: Geography - Economic Geography -Languages skills: Fluent Spanish / Fluent English / High Italian SE OFRECE -Salary: to be defined (TBD) // currency: ¤ -Temporay contract to full time (37,5 h) -UCAM will help the candidate to find housing INFORMACIÓN ADICIONAL: After the PhD contract in UCAM, the candidate must be dedicated to the research in POTENZA (ITALY) for a period of 2 years, contracted by the partner organitation: ST (SISTEMA TURISMO)- Sede di Potenza.
