We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to head up and be part of a new team in Barcelona. This is your opportunity to make your mark and shape the beginning for our new development site. You will be a crucial resource in building up this new site. The team will consist of six Software Engineers, one Test Engineer and yourself. Your first task will be to identify and hire great talents. Once the team is in place its first task is to ensure a successful knowledge transfer of the existing core integration components and for this you will work closely with our Danish teams. During 2019-2020 timeframe the team will be responsible for developing the new strategic business area of IoT integrations. We are developing high quality software, using an agile development process. As a lead you will be responsible for ensuring the team performance, wellness and ability to deliver on the backlog prioritized by the Product Owners.
