To support our Thermo King business Globally, and more specifically the Marine Product activities, we are seeking to hire an Engineering Team Leader. Job Summary: This position will oversee the engineering team responsible for Refrigeration Units and Solutions for Marine applications, and will manage both assigned internal and external resources effectively to meet objectives. This person will be a key leader in coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously, and providing the strategic direction to the team in order to meet goals. This person will be integral to the success of the Marine product line, and will work across functions, locations, and regions to ensure global alignment/synergies.
