Sellbytel, Barcelona, Spain, is looking for a Danish speaking Technical Support Advisor (audio sector). We are looking for Technical Support Advisor for a well-known American company specialized in audio equipment. Permanent, full-time. Main Tasks: - provide high-quality support from Customer Relations consultations and transfers (via telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts) - take ownership from Tier 1 via Call Management System or voice escalations - direct calls (and written escalations) - maintain Issue Resolution - log call details onto case management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA to customer - adhering to phone schedule and metrics as set by management - achieve an excellent customer satisfaction level - maintain knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to Users - escalate potential service issues to appropriate level - ensure contractual SLA is maintained - provide cover for other Tier 1 Advisors in their absence and take Tier 1 calls when volume necessity - to understand and comply with administrative duties including holiday, sickness and overtime forms in a timely and accurate manner - respond to any reasonable task posed by the assigned manager - achieve an excellent customer satisfaction level" - make outbound calls to customers generated from written and voice escalations - handling generated escalations by answering Emails or chats from generated escalations - maintaining awareness of emerging issues and potential impact by creating escalations to engineering Department. - managing cases when is necessary to recreate trouble shooting steps for correct support to customers and other departments. - previous experience of at least 1 year in Customer Service, Helpdesk, Sales - contact with clients, leading with customer issues You have: - good communication skills: verbal and written - ability of analyzing situations; if problem appears create a plan and give solutions - ability to learn from past experiences; detect problems before occurring Salary €17.000 - 19.600 More information: Sara Sánchez, HR_Recruiters@sellbytel.es Application: HR_Recruiters@sellbytel.es Latest date of application is 25.08.2014.
