The CSR promotes and supports sales of Diesel engines, in order to contribute to the business volume and trade margin development. Genuine support of the sales team, the CSR follows sales operations, from order entry to delivery and invoicing.

As the Customer Service Representative, your main missions are as follow:
•    Prepare offers and quotations
•    Consideration of orders from clients and suppliers
•    Place orders
•    Manage and follow-up deliveries
•    Production and control of invoicing
•    Relationship with Finance department to establish the status of customer accounts
•    Answer to customer questions about on-going files progression and follow-up
•    Customers Reminders for commercial offers
•    Identification of customer contacts, market research
•    Phone canvassing campaign to develop the customer portfolio
•    Preparation of commercial activity reports
