Our client, who is a consolidated and dynamic company that proposes global solutions for international transportation companies, is looking for a dynamic and customer oriented Credit Controller. Key languages: - Native level of Polish - Advanced level of Spanish - Advanced level of English Main Responsibilities: - Establish a close relationship with a given client portfolio (via telephone and email) - Identify, negotiate and implement payment solutions - Communicate overdue payments and prepare reports on credit and payment activity in order to minimize overdue debt - Identify overdue accounts and delays due to disputes - Solve payment disputes, negotiate y assure payment collection from clients - Detect trends regarding missing payments, solving corresponding problems - Manage clients with risk incidents (exceeded risk/credit review/credit
