The Role: •The Global Data Centre Service Desk (GDCSD) provides service to Colt’s Colocation customers across Europe and Asia in line with Colt DCS mission statement – “to be the most trusted customer centric Data Centre provider”. •The GDCSD is the first point of contact for our colocation customers. While providing the highest level of customer service, the Service Desk Analyst answers all queries and provides first line support and communication to DCS customers. •The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for ensuring a systematic, disciplined and process driven approach to managing customer issues and requests whilst ensuring agreed procedures and standards are met. •The Service Desk Analyst contributes to the success of the team and is responsible for the continual service improvement, submitting initiatives in the CSI register and being involved in small projectsrelated to processes, customers, tools and knowledge management or other areas of the business.
